Terms of Use

These terms apply to the RedactedLabs website and to RedactedLabs membership, including access to our private Discord server. By using the site or accepting a membership invite, you agree to them.

1. What we provide

RedactedLabs is operated by Redacted Labs Inc. ("RedactedLabs", "we", "us"). We provide sports analysis, opinions and picks to invited members. Picks are shared in our private Discord server and may include a suggested line and unit size.

2. Who can join

• You must be at least 19 years old, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher.
• You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to sports betting where you live.
• Membership is by invite only. We may decline any request or invite without giving a reason.

3. No guarantees

Our picks are opinions based on our own analysis. They are not guarantees of any outcome, and past results do not predict future results. Sports betting carries a real risk of losing money. Only bet what you can afford to lose.

Nothing we publish is financial, legal or professional advice. Every betting decision you make is your own.

4. We are not a sportsbook

RedactedLabs does not accept, place or hold wagers, does not handle betting funds, and does not take a share of any member's winnings or losses. Our fee is the same whether our picks win or lose. We are not affiliated with any sportsbook or gaming operator.

5. Your membership

• Membership is personal to you and cannot be transferred, shared or resold.
• You may not copy, repost, resell or otherwise share our picks or analysis outside the RedactedLabs Discord without our written permission.
• We may suspend or end a membership that breaks these terms, Discord's rules, or the community rules posted in our server.
• You can cancel at any time by emailing us. Leaving the Discord server may not cancel billing on its own, so always email us to cancel.

6. Fees

Before you pay, we tell you the price (including any applicable taxes), what's included, how often you'll be billed, and our cancellation and refund policy. After you pay, we send you a copy of those terms by email.

We will email members at least 30 days before a price increase takes effect, and you can cancel instead of paying the new price. Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms.

7. Our content

Our picks, write-ups, branding and website content belong to RedactedLabs. You may use them for your own personal betting decisions only.

8. Third-party services

Membership runs through Discord, and your use of Discord is also subject to Discord's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, changes or decisions made by Discord or other third-party services.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RedactedLabs is not liable for any losses, including betting losses, arising from your use of our picks, analysis, website or Discord server. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the membership fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act or any other consumer protection law that cannot be waived by contract.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If we make a material change that affects paid members, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel your membership instead of accepting the change.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. This does not take away any protection you have under the consumer protection laws of the province where you live.
